A simpletop controls interactivty and the layer order of simpleframes managed by it. A Simpletop is not the parent. It manages simpleframes but belongs to the Frame family.
The offical Frame Api (V1.31.1) does not allow to choose/change the used simpletop, reforged has multiple. The one that starts "ConsoleUI" and the world-objects overlay.
